UNIQLO | What is PUFFTECH?

The latest UNIQLO PUFFTECH 2026 campaign is one I’m especially proud of, created at 1000heads. We took a fully integrated approach to bring the product’s core promise – lightweight warmth, powered by air – to life in a way that felt both imaginative and tangible.

At the centre was Airborne: a simple but ambitious thought — what if PUFFTECH could actually fly? Inspired by the technology behind the product, we transformed the idea of “air-powered warmth” into a social-first campaign platform, imagining PUFFTECH as a hot air balloon journey travelling across Australia. Through a series of hyper-real films, we followed its journey from Melbourne to Adelaide, up to Brisbane, before landing in Sydney.

That momentum extended into the real world with OOH placements across key locations, including a 3D anamorphic billboard that brought the Air Dimension to life. It was further amplified by a social-native educational series featuring UNIQLO insider Joshua, unpacking PUFFTECH from the inside out.
