UNIQLO | What is PUFFTECH?
The latest UNIQLO PUFFTECH 2026 campaign is one I’m especially proud of, created at 1000heads. We took a fully integrated approach to bring the product’s core promise – lightweight warmth, powered by air – to life in a way that felt both imaginative and tangible.
At the heart of it was Airborne: a playfully ambitious idea to turn PUFFTECH into a hot air balloon and fly it across Australia. We didn’t actually build the balloon – but we made you believe we did. Through a series of hyper-real films, we followed its journey from Melbourne to Adelaide, up to Brisbane, before landing in Sydney, translating the concept of lightweight warmth and air insulation into something cinematic and distinctly social-first.
That momentum extended into the real world with OOH placements across key locations, including a 3D anamorphic billboard that brought the Air Dimension to life. It was further amplified by a social-native educational series featuring UNIQLO insider Joshua, unpacking PUFFTECH from the inside out.
